Codex 和 Chat 的 Quota 还是分开的吧，刚试了下，Codex 进入了 5 小时限制状态，Chat 还可以正常聊。

我早上测试的时候移动端两条5.5 thinking对话在桌面端查看消耗了5H的6%，官网没找到明确的说明quota到底怎么计算
